What cycling means
I cycle now almost all the time when I go into town as its much cheaper and quicker then driving. I often beat my family members back home when they drive and I cycle. Its a fantastic way to keep fit and has helped me feel healthier. I’ve only in the last few years taken up cycling and its really helped me with my confidence as well.
Type of bike
Mainly road bike, but i have done some mountain biking.
3 times a week or more.
