Answers to some of our most frequently asked questions
Yes. We have a large range of inclusive wheels for all cycles available, including trikes, recumbents, two-seater bikes, hand cycles and a platform wheelchair-accessible bike. These speciality cycles are available for anyone who needs them during all of our cycling sessions.
We also have two-wheeled bikes for adults and children, as well as balance bikes, trailers, bike seats and tag-alongs.

There is no charge for using our cycles but at extremely busy times people may need to share. If you do bring your own bike you are still welcome to try ours.
No, we do not sell any cycles or bike parts.
We have a fleet of cycles for hire during sessions on our site only.
We are unable to provide helmets at this time. Please do bring your own.
For some of our courses, yes. For our Bikeability courses; Bikeability Balance, Learn to Ride, Learn to Ride Next Steps, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and Family Disability. You’ll need to pre-book via Survey Monkey link for each event. See What’s On we will confirm place via email.
You will no longer need to book for the following sessions; Rock Up and Ride, Family, Disability and Rusty Bikers.
Yes, we have trailers, small balance bikes and child seats.

We stay open unless the instructors think conditions are not conducive to cycling (thunder, ice, very heavy downpours). If we have to close the Centre for bad weather, we will put a notice on our Facebook page.
Our track may be hired for running events please see our Hire page. Runners may use the site out of hours before 9.30am and after 4pm or during the lunch time from 12.30- 1pm. Running is not allowed during our cycle sessions.
We do not allow dogs on site (with the exception of Guide dogs and Assistance dogs)
